1. SALES POLICY

For customers who view products on the Việt Sáng EPS website and place orders through the Website, Email, or Phone, we guarantee that 100% of the products delivered will match exactly the images shown on our website.

For customers within Ho Chi Minh City, we provide delivery to the requested address and collect payment directly. The delivery fee will be calculated accordingly.

We are committed to providing you with the most accurate product pricing at the time of transaction. However, occasional errors may still occur — for example, product prices may not be displayed correctly on the website, or the listed price at the store may differ from the actual selling price. In such cases, we will inform you of the pricing discrepancy. You may choose to cancel the order or continue with the purchase at the actual price provided by our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason and at any time. We may request additional information or verification from you, such as the recipient’s phone number or delivery address, before confirming your order.

2. LISTED SELLING PRICE

Product prices may vary depending on the time of purchase and any accompanying promotions.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all product information and displayed prices are accurate for each item, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error for any product in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to reconfirm your order with the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically canceled in the system, and a refund will be issued (if the order was prepaid).

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We provide detailed information for each product we publish; however, we cannot guarantee that all product information is completely accurate, complete, up-to-date, and error-free.

If the product you receive does not match the description provided in the product information, please contact our Sales Department or Hotline as soon as possible after receiving the item, and ensure that the product remains unused in order to be eligible for exchange or return. 5. POLICY ON COUNTERFEIT, IMITATION, AND SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS

Việt Sáng EPS Electrical Technical Trading & Service Co., Ltd. provides only genuine products and the highest quality service to customers through the items listed on our website.

If you suspect that any product may be illegally manufactured, duplicated, counterfeit, imitation, or of unclear origin, please inform us immediately by contacting our Hotline for verification and support.

6. PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All air filter products on purchase will be paid in case in 730 days since the date of the purchase of the machine had a technical error coming from the provider.

Depending on the actual status of the machine after the sale, we will apply the immediate support that is outside of the company's maintenance regulations. However these assists do not exceed our authority and ability.

7. OTHERS

All Terms and Conditions (and all obligations arising outside or in connection with these Terms and Conditions) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
