Transport Policy

Usually after receiving the order information we will handle the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer information on payment and delivery. The delivery time is generally in between 35 days from the day of the singles or under a deal with the customer when the order is made. However, there is also the case of longer delivery but only in the impossible situations as follows:

+ Company staff will contact customers over the phone so no delivery is possible.
+ The delivery address you provide is incorrect or hard to find.
+ The company's singles increase mutations make the single processing slow down.
+ Partners give the company slower than expected for the delivery to slow down or the shipping partner to slow down only the distribution to the agent or customers whose needs are large, lasting.

So the Vietnam EPS company will largely support transportation costs as a way of taking care of his agent. For single guests if the need for large use please contact directly to agreements as well as transportation fees.
