Vietnamese engineers have overcome the challenges that have never met before to complete the model of the ship that has just set the Bristol Record, marking the world's historic progress.

Super Seter of Bristol Records appears at Vietship 2025

The cargo of the Anti-Live River Ship Close Company at the 2025 Vietship Gallery took place at the 7/3 in the morning when guests eagerly listened to the company's technical office's version of the prototypes presented.

Among them, Brother Light stated that there is a sample of the world's first fully powered ship, provided by the Rembrand River Company in Vietnam by the Dutch Dame Corporation.

It was a model of the RSDE 2513 tugboat, which had just won the Bristol record for the world's most powerful electric tugboat, according to information published by the Marine Link of America on January 12, 2012.

RSDE 2513 uses fully electric batteries, instead of oil. At present, the Anti-Red River Ship Close Company has been joined by the Vanan River Federation that has built seven ships of this template. For the next time, two more will be complete. You're welcome.

Further emphasis on the difference of RSDE 2513, Brother Light said, the RSDEBN 2513 does not have the emissions out, unless the ship must operate far from shore and electricity is not enough. At this point, the ship will have to run the transmitter to charge the batteries and maintain the equipment on the ship.

Additionally, the cabin on board is a pasted cabin, instead of welding as the traditional method should, in the case of necessity, be able to take the cabin out of the hull structure.

The first technological wonder to be present in the world

The information on Damon's website tells us that the first RSDE 2513 was lowered at the No-Red River Ships Plant in Vietnam on December 4, 2020 for customers was the Port of Auckland New Zealand.

The ship has a capacity of 70 tons, a length of 24,73 m, a width of 13,13 m, a capacity of 607 tons of water and can charge the batteries within two hours. The ship's battery system was designed to ensure stable activity over 30,000 cycles in the life cycle, equivalent to the length of the ship.

Mr. Sjoerd de Bruin, Xen's sales director in Asia Pacific, called this the historic ship.

Since receiving an order for this historic ship, we've worked hard towards the world's most important moment of total electric tugs. Mr. Sjoerd de Bruin said. The ship was later handed over to Auckland Harbor in late 2021.

Auckland Port set the goal of not firing in 2040. It is not an easy task for this place to handle nearly a million six-metre-long containers of import exports per year.

The RSD ETug 2513 expected to help reduce to 465 tons of CO2 annually and have operating costs less than a third of the cost of diesel ships.

According to the journal MaritimeExective American maritime, the RSDE 2513 is a typical example of Damon which aims toward maximum sustainability in the maritime industry. The corporation aims to have not only clean products with the environment, but also ensures that production processes have to be optimum.

In it, the Blue River Shipbuilding Company and the Air River Plants are places that have had many high-quality shipbuilding experiences, believed especially by the Dutch Group.

In November 2024, the RSDE TRE 2513 Bu Tinah by the Daman River Ship Plant for the SAFEN UAE Group reached the average pullout of 78,2 tons, becoming the most powerful electric tug on the Bristol Records list The world, proving performance never existed for an entirely electric tug model.

Most recently, in December 2024, the Daman River Shipbuilding Plant continued to lower the Belgian RSDE 2513 tugship for the Port of AntwerpBruges.

According to the news page Offshore Energy based in the Netherlands, AntwerpBruges Harbour is one of the busiest ports in Europe and is committed to being a carbon neutral port in 2050.

The order of six RSDE 2513 with Damen has represented this commitment Offshore Energy said, at the same time, with the order of AntwerpBruges, RSDE 2513 became Europe's first fully electric tug.

There are things we've never met before.

Shared with us the greatest challenges of the construction and completion of the model RSDE 2513 in Vietnam, Brother Light said that there were things he and the company's team had never met before.

The Blue River has had years of work as a tugboat, but this model has many other electrical equipment that we used to complete, much more complex electric batteries.

So in the first time we did the work, there were things we've never met before, which required that we give up more complete research, also required more thorough, thorough measures. Brother Light said.

According to Brother Light, the complete time of a RSDE 2513 is from 1214 months alone in the construction of the hull that was lost 336 weeks.

However, the group that built the forbidden Rivers was proud to be able to complete and provide high-quality carriers to deal with the customers, believed in many new projects by Damon Group.

According to the Journal of Shippling Sea Transport Today Yasterday UK, Daman River was expected to be the largest mass production facility in Damon Group, so, as soon as the construction and operating of this shipyard, all decisions, designs and processes were focused on maximum efficiency.

The Daman Group had previously had a long history of operating in Vietnam, working with five shipyards for over 12 years before the construction of the Dame River.

The plant's distinctive strengths are the new type of high-quality special ships, such as the highway, the maritime lifeboat, the large tugboat.

The British journal noted, undergoing stages of development, the Rembrand River Shipyard currently a state-of-the-art ship-building plant, with scale and equipment which allows for the completion of ships that meet environmental safety standards in Europe.
